Nicole does amazing work! She was the very first person who did my lashes and I was extremely nervous about doing them! Now I am addicted to them! She has amazing work, she makes you feel at home I highly recommend her! Well worth every penny! ♥️😁
Nicole is an experienced, well-trained and educated esthetician. After going to multiple lash extension estheticians, and having numerous poor experiences, I was done! Until I was recommended to Nicole! I am so grateful for the recommendation! Her customer service and attention to detail are what set her a part from others. Her studio is located within a group of other working salons that offer other services but her setting is private with a closed door. She offers a wide range of services that she is certified and well trained in. I've had multiple services completed with Nicole. Lash extensions, anti aging facials, dermal plane facials, acne facials, microbladed eyebrows and other services. I am extremely satisfied with every service I have received. I highly recommend Zodiac Beauty Bar! The bad reviews that I have read on here are from clients that must not understand policies with transactions and services and/or they do not read the disclaimers. With all of her services you are well informed of her polices. Whether it's no show policies, no refunds etc. These are standard in the community. Be respectful of someone's time. I'm certain she is understanding of emergencies but taking advantage of one's time is simply why these policies are in place. No different than no-showing at a doctor appointment. As for allergic reactions, they happen and she offers skin patch tests. She offered it to me when I first started because I have sensitive skin. But I discussed this with her knowing I have sensitive skin so she was informed. Therefore, I was able to make an informed decision once we discussed options. Basically, have a good, open and honest relationship with your esthetician. How can you achieve your skin/health/beauty goals if you aren't? Book with her!! You'll love her!!
Nicole did an amazing job on my volume lashes! She made me feel comfortable and asked enough questions to really make sure we were on the same page with length/fullness. Definitely recommend!
