Dr Lou is the best he’s been my Dr for last 8 years. He’s very knowledgable and is on top of his profession. The staff are excellent and friendly.

In the day of corporate doctors going into an office and having a different doctor every visit is not for me. I grew up with one doctor in Tustin Ca my kids had one doctor in Temecula Ca.

As long as I live in Queen Creek Dr Lou will be my doctor

I had seen Dr. Luo a number of years ago for acupuncture and when I decided to find a primary care physician closer to home I called to set an appointment with him for both primary care and acupuncture. When I called I was told the doctor was on vacation and the girl that answered indicated she would have to check with him and would call me back the next day. Over a week later I received a call that after "reviewing my file" that no, he was not accepting new patients but would gladly book an appointment for acupuncture. I had only seen him for acupuncture in the past so I really do not know why my file would have had to be reviewed. I was a bit taken aback due to the fact a neighbor of mine was taken as a new patient within a short time before my call; plus their website does not indicate they are not taking new patients. Also, they have access to "new patient forms" on their website. Perhaps it is because I have Original Medicare and not Medicare Advantage? I have no idea, but I do find it strange that my neighbor who has Medicare Advantage was taken as a new patient not long ago at all and I was told no new patients were being accepted. I had heard really good things about Dr. Luo's care as a primary care physician so this is a bit disappointing. Had my neighbor not been taken as a new patient of his very recently, coupled with the fact the return call "the next day" turned into over a week I would not have given it a second thought. If indeed no new patients are being accepted, perhaps they should update their website to indicate such, or if no new "specific insurance" patients are being accepted, state that.

Dr Luo has been our primary Dr for 5 years. He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, trustworthy and a good listener. He also takes time to share his sense of humor! To us, he represents what medicine can and should be. We are grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor. We love him and his staff.
