We had Jim come out and look at two different houses (our new one and the one we’re selling), and he was amazing. So incredibly detail-oriented, honest, and a genuinely amazing guy. He walked through everything with me, patiently answered every question I had, and followed up also to verify how everything went. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Jim, and definitely will be my first call for anything else like that in the future!
