I have used Sullivan for several new build inspections for my clients and they are the best in the business. Their attention to detail and thorough inspection reports, especially in their pre-drywall inspections, have provided my clients with information that prevented potential issues in the future. Thanks for the great work that you do!
I've worked with Sullivan Inspection Group twice, six years apart, and I only have good things to say. They are organized, polite, thorough, and good communicators. I feel extremely confident hiring them for inspections, both because of the skill/experience they bring to job, and the way they carry themselves with integrity. I feel confident the inspection I asked for was through, and it was explained to me clearly & kindly, with no condescension whatsoever, and an open offer to reach out again if I have any further questions.
I have been in my current home for 6 years, and can confidently say that the initial inspection done before move in covered absolutely everything.… read full review

We recently used Sullivan Inspection Group for our home inspection and it was outstanding! Jim did a great, thorough job examining every part of our home inside and out. He went above and beyond by using high-definition drones to inspect the roof, attic, AC unit, and really every aspect of the property—something we haven’t seen with other inspectors.
His attention to detail gave us complete confidence and peace of mind during our inspection. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We would very highly recommend Sullivan Inspection Group to anyone in the area!
