The staff at Ritzy are great and they treat my little guy so well and have groomed him since he was a puppy. We are moving out of state and will miss Ritzy a lot. We are hoping our new groomers will be half as competent as the staff at Ritzy, you can tell they enjoy what they do.

Charlie (Shih-Tzu mix) loves seeing Kim. He always leaves Ritzy even more perfect than I left him. Kim takes excellent care of him and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I recently got a Goldendoodle and she enjoyed her time with Sarah for a bath and brush out. She’s a bit nervous when it comes to grooming, but she they took great care of her.
