I've been going there the past year and I have had nothing but great experiences. I've met several of the managers and staff here, and they are always super informative and respectful. Some of these complaints sound super personal. But I love this location.

I am confused ... Judy is the best groomer in Queen Creek at Petco. I have 14 dogs and followed Judy from another location to Petco in Queen Creek. I have always seen her treat her groomers with respect and she could have easily taken a few rescues for herself to groom... instead she gave to the other groomers... to get the handsome tips I give for her team doing the rescues. Judy is great... and I have referred many customers to Petco because of the great shop she runs under her management... Dr. G.

I have been coming to this Petco for about a year now. I have never had any issues and am always taking care of. Great selection of reptiles, fish, and live plants which is hard to find! Not sure why such low reviews , this is my go to local pet store
