About a week ago, my check engine light came on, and I noticed a rapid decline in my acceleration when I applied the throttle. It was to the point that getting on the ramp to get to work (Scottsdale from San Tan Valley) was annoying to the drivers behind me. Being the holiday season, I had saved up money for Christmas presents and also, a vacation we had planned for the family. The vehicle was a priority at this time and I needed to get it fixed. I read all of the reviews for this place and was reluctant to take my vehicle there due to some of the "really bad" one star reviews. The obd read four error codes, two of which were more expensive than the misfires and bad sensors. I was quick to ask about pricing because I needed to know if we were able to still go on vacation. I was introduced to David who called me over the phone after I had my vehicle diagnosed. He recommended I get a full tune up and gave me the price of just shy of $1,200.00. I told him that it was fine but that due to our holiday plans, I cant really do too much more at the moment. I received a call from David who I had learned was the new manager at this location. He gave me great news and stated that they actually replaced the sensors and the spark plugs were fine. They addressed one of the two more expensive issues and it ended up fixing the other issue which was the turbo. Albeit, David stated during the phone call that he also cleaned up some carbon build up in the fuel pump cap that was really bad and even replaced the cap with a new one, and the price I paid was less than $1,200.00 for the extra work they did. Great customer service, they fixed my issues and I will go back if I have any more issues.
