About a week ago, my check engine light came on, and I noticed a rapid decline in my acceleration when I applied the throttle. It was to the point that getting on the ramp to get to work (Scottsdale from San Tan Valley) was annoying to the drivers behind me. Being the holiday season, I had saved up money for Christmas presents and also, a vacation we had planned for the family. The vehicle was a priority at this time and I needed to get it fixed. I read all of the reviews for this place and was reluctant to take my vehicle there due to some of the "really bad" one star reviews. This was my first experience using Greulichs for automotive repair services. I had my vehicle towed in non running to the shop. From the very beginning this shop has shown me nothing but kindness. They have been nothing but patient with all the hurdles they had to jump through with our particular & unique situation. Angelo was in contact with me every step of the way always updating me on what was going on with my vehicle. Technician Greg was amazing as well & explained everything in detail with my vehicle. Greulich's is a full service automotive repair shop capable of assessing and handling a,wide array of vehicle issues. While we have had to ask for some clarity on nrmecessary repairs. They listened and accommodated our wishes to prove good value to our vehicle needs.
