Carolyn at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful from the get go. Steve oversaw my repairs and did an absolutely amazing job. He was so polite, communicative, and made my car look as good as new. I was honestly so happy I almost cried. My car is one of the only things that truly feels like mine, and they treated it with so much care. I couldn’t be more grateful and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I hit a metal chair on the 202 and it completely perforated the underneath of my car. I took a leave at work for PTSD treatment and of course that happened as I’m going through an extremely difficult time. However, Steve at Gerber Collision made the process so extremely seamless for me. I know having USAA insurance helps as they are always great my rep this time was not the best- but Steve and the team made the not so ideal situation; better. So thank you to the team there, you guys have been absolutely amazing. You never know what someone is going through. So making this type of thing seamless for someone, is a big deal. Had a hit and run incident with my vehicle where somebody backed into it while it was parked and they took off. I took it to a few shops and Gerber was the easiest & quickest to work with. Also gave an affordable price. They regularly called with updates and had the car fixed in 1.5 weeks. Another place said it was going to take 2 months. Definitely would recommend coming here. Steven and the team were super helpful and explained well what needed to be done
