Decent gym, a little too spread out for my routine but they have just about anything you need. The problem lies with the squat rack/deadlift platforms. There just aren't enough available most of the time. On the bright side, there are plenty of benches for chest routines and a good selection of dumbbells in the main lift area and team area along with a huge selection of machines for every muscle group. The sauna and pool are a nice added benefit also. Worth a look if you are looking to find a gym for yourself.

This location is closing effective March 12, 2024. Effective immediately members were given access to the LA Fitness at Higley/202 as a replacement. Prior to announcement of the closure, you couldn't access the LA Fitness if you only had an ESPORTA membership. Guess the EOS gyms are giving them a run for the money. I may go over to the Power/Germann EOS 24hr location eventually, when I tire of the much smaller, stuffier 202 LA Fitness. Definitely not a 1:1 trade.

Aging is a fact of life. Looking your age is not. You're never too old to become younger so come kick weights around here. This location is one of my go tos when in town. Always clean, staff is friendly and plenty of parking - maybe because of triple digits. Love the layout and designated areas for kettle ball workouts, TRX bands, free weights, and cardio. I can always get on a treadmill machine without a problem. The free weights area can get busy but never unmanageable. Big fan of the variety of ab machines to utilize. Overall equipment is maintained. Haven't had chance to check out classes or the sauna. The women's locker room is well kept and spacious.... read full review
