Trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Cactus computers is the ONLY place I take my computers . Once again Dakota and his team has came to the rescue. Great communication about what the issue was and quick to repair and troubleshoot. If you were going to Best Buy to get your computers fixed like I used to STOP!! your getting ripped off and waiting to long in the process. So convenient and not only repairs also has computers to purchase. I’m so glad I found them.
The owner has always been nice and understanding. Very approachable to questions and knowledgeable. Had him fix my son's custom built computer. Told him to take his time. Was done in 2hrs.
Awesome shop for PC repairs and new PC builds/components. My gaming PC was acting really weird after a hard crash, and Dakota diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple hours for a fair price. He even took the time to reroute a couple problematic cables making the I/O easier to fiddle with. I'll be recommending cactus computers to anyone with Pc work in the future. Thanks Dakota!
