Dr. Becken always takes the time to explain what is happening with my eyes. The office staff are polite, professional and try to arrange appointments as quickly as possible. The prices for contacts and eyeglasses are the best I have found.A great place for vision services.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received here only because so many places nowadays struggle with customer service. I was greeted immediately, waited for probably 5 minutes to see Dr Beck, who was very kind, professional and willing to answer all my questions and never felt rushed. I especially loved the lady that helped with my frames. She took time to make sure I understood how to use transitional frames, yes there is a right way and explained the entire process of how things would work- like payment options, warranties and when is receive my frames. I really appreciated the people and experience here.
