Batteries Plus of Queen Creek technicians Mikaela an Savannah are very pleasant, knowledgable, helpful, and really interested in customer service.
On 10/9/26, my phone died. Although it had an 87% charge when I went to bed, it wouldn't even turn on, and then showed a 0% charge.
I took my phone to Batteries Plus, where Mikaela checked my phone, determined my charging port wasn't the issue and placed it on a 20 amp charger. Savannah examined the phone further, and then suggested replacing the battery. I stopped by this morning to get a battery replaced for one of our key fobs. Marcos came out from the back and after greeting me, he asked how he could help.
I explained that the key fob wasn't working anymore and I thought it was the battery since the primary fob still worked, but we couldn't get the second fob to unlock or lock the doors. He asked to see the fob and gave me detailed information in regards to their pricing. They had one standard price for the one time replacement or I could opt for a lifetime battery replacement for a few dollars more.
