Nobody is ever happy when they have car trouble, but A2Z made my experience as pleasant as possible. My roadside assistance company made all the arrangements. I phoned A2Z and they confirmed everything. There was communication throughout by Evelyn in the office (via text). Sergio the truck driver arrived promptly and got my pickup onto this truck. My vehicle was then delivered to the repair shop in Blythe. I am pleased with the professionalism and courtesy. I've put A2Z in my phone contacts in case I need assistance again.

Henry contacted us promptly with an ETA, and arrived with a smile and reassurance that our car would be securely transported. He was thoroughly professional and courteous, and his friendly, gregarious personality made our long ride from Quartzite to Chandler comfortable. Tow drivers are underappreciated heros! Thanks Henry! This is the first time we have ever had to use a tow trucking service, we had a great experience. We had been waiting for a while due to our insurance dropping the ball and not sending our request in. As soon as our request was sent Joe the dispatch was on it. Once our driver Henry got our request he gave us his ETA and showed up in less then an hour. He was on it we felt safe and comfortable. I hope I never have to use a tow service company again but if I do A2Z is the way to go
