I had a noise under my hood and John met me (he was doing jobs in the desert) at his garage in Feb '23 when no one else in town had time for me for a week. He diagnosed the problem in 2 seconds but didn't have the parts and said that I shouldn't run the engine (found out this was true when checked with my mechanic friend). He drove round trip 60 miles to get the part and had to take care of other customers in the desert all day. He got us going around 9:00 pm that night and we were very happy he could get us done on the same day. Excellent service! A painless experience front to end. Had a belt pulley Pop off and this was the closest place. John diagnosed it over the phone and knew he had the part. After limping over to the shop a very courteous mechanic had us outta there in less than an hour for a very reasonable $150!
