If you're stuck somewhere, don't bother with any other company. My car broke down just inside the Arizona side of the Arizona/California border on a Saturday afternoon when it was 113 outside. Michael was at the location within 15 minutes, then towed me to a dealership in Blythe. The cost was completely reasonable, but Michael went above and beyond. When he dropped me at the dealership, he recommended I stay at a nearby motel. Then he drove right back to tell me that the place had closed down and very kindly drove me around to the nearby motels, waiting out front until I confirmed I could get a room. Then he refused a tip. Great shop that cares about their customers. One of our trucks power steering lines was leaking real bad so my husband was referred to Everett's Towing & Repair to get an estimate.Got an estimate within 20mins and the part was ordered. Of course it's a Ram so it was a special order part that came in early the following week.I can't say enough about Matt, their mechanic, he was incredible. He knew his stuff quoted us a price and most importantly did exactly what he said he was going to do. Just a stand up guy. My dually pickup truck wheel began grinding and clanking to the point I had to stop. Matt from Everett"s got to me within 20 minutes for the tow. As soon as we got to the shop he took the clanking wheel off my pickup and found the problem was a rock stuck in the caliper. checked out how the truck drove, problem was solved in the hour. He said he would only take payment for the tow. Great expertise, honesty and kindness. My truck is driving great again.
