Wow- was my pool, turf, and deck done well? YES! Did they get it completed early? YES! Was the crew amazing, hard working and there everyday? Again YES! I recommend this company 100%. From my first point of contact with Cody ( no upsell just good old fashioned what do you need and let's get it done awesomeness) to our project manager, Cory who was available whenever I had a question, communicated every step of the way and loves what he does so it shows! Then onto Debbony in the showroom who was fun and helped us pick color schemes and made sure everything got to the crew correctly. We had an outstanding experience with Arrowhead Deck and Pools, LLC! They resurfaced our pool with PebbleTec, redid the cool decking, and replaced all the drains around the pool—and the results are absolutely incredible.
Starting from the top, the owner Cat personally called me back to move up our estimate, which immediately showed the level of care and customer service this company provides. From start to finish, her entire team was amazing—informative, communicative, and most importantly, they operate with INTEGRITY.
