Excellent customer service !! Elena helped me find the product i didn’t know i needed ! I expressed to her about a previous product that I had used and how I loved it, but I needed something a little less oily ,that still gave me the same results. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable she was with the information that I gave to her and found me the perfect product to meet my needs. She was very patient with me as we color matched. She recommended some other goodies, but overall such a very sweet interaction.! that’s customer service. that’s girlhood. 👏🏻

Out of the two other locations, I have been to this one here seems to be the one with the nicer staff in my opinion.

Especially when you have no idea on products, they’re pretty helpful and don’t judge you because you’re looking for an inexpensive product.

I can’t recommend Sargon enough! I’ve been to him twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making sure his clients love their hair. He takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for, explains the process, and delivers beautiful results. My blonde feels bright, dimensional, and healthy. The entire experience is comfortable and professional from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
