I was greeted nicely and directed right away to the person who could help me. Laurie was great because I was only willing to buy one or 2 expensive products and she did not pressure me at all to replace my $8 mascara, blush and lip products. I thought that was very respectful of her. She applied a few products and taught me some techniques. I would look for her any time to help me.

The employees helped me in a huge way. I walked in and asked if they would give me a spare mannequin head for a costume this Halloween, I even offered to buy one off of them. But they made my day by doing so for free. I can't thank them enough for that, these employees are the most friendly and kind full people.

I have been getting my hair done at this locations for over 4 years now and when i tell you that i am never going anywhere else i mean it! Jeamie is the absolute kindest, most caring and genuine soul i have ever met & let me tell you girl she does MAGIC in that chair. she has taken me from pink to red, from red to blonde, and from black box dye back to blonde and never complained or made me feel badly once. she knows me and knows how to fix any mistake made at your home bathroom salon. thank you to ULTA for having the best salon employee ever. ???here’s a before and after from just today, ONE SESSION.
