Per insulation removal and installation - 2 days were scheduled for removal of the insulation. The first day went fine however on the second day after being here just over an hour they packed up to leave and I asked them if they were finished and they confirmed they were. The next day I inspected the attic and found that they had not touched approximately 25% of the attic. I called my contact and upon inspection he confirmed my observation. Another day was scheduled for removal.It's difficult to establish trust when performance and communication are inadequate.
