Beautiful property and professional staff. Beats the heck out of encantara who is so cheap skated by Daddy Shea that they can't even keep consistent quality there. If I was still seeking a Shea retirement community I would drive the distance and live at vistanzia.
The pool delay did push back escrow closing by a couple days. Rearranging utilities, movers, etc was stressful. But Amanda, now in charge of Landbroker landscaping really came through for us and corrected the mistakes that had been made previously in record time. We're in our home now and so far it's mostly perfect.
My husband and I built our home in Trilogy at Vistancia almost 3 years ago. We really like our floor plan and Shea built us a quality home. What we love most is the community and all it has to offer! We have met so many kind residents and have no problem staying busy (i.e., pickleball, hiking, biking, card games, happy hours, corn hole, dinners with friends, exercise classes). The team responsible for maintaining the landscaping within our community does a fabulous job. We feel blessed to live here.
