I am beyond happy with our shutters. I love them! Brian was a pleasure to work with. He came ready with options and explained everything wonderfully. Tim and Maria installed our shutters and I can easily say they were a power team. The process through The Covered Window was perhaps the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for shutters. You will not be disappointed!
Brian and Kelli of The Covered Window did a great job for us at a reasonable price. We love the look of all our window treatments...cellular shades with beautiful cornice box frames on top. Beautiful! We highly recommend them.
This is a family business and James, owner, was awesome.
He helped me pick out my window treatments and had great communication. James is very timely, knowledgeable and isn't subbing out his installation to others. He does it himself to make sure it's done correctly. He did have his shutter guy do the installation of the shutters but this is someone who has worked for him for many years. The shutters are stunning as well as all of the window treatments he installed. This was last fall so I'm delayed in writing this review.
