Today was the first time I had used this company for a blind repair. James showed up right on time as promised, did the repair plus another repair needed for no additional charge! Amazing professional, pleasant, reasonable cost service. I definitely will be using this business for any additional blind repair or purchase!!

The Covered Window and James is the best around. He provides top-notch customer service and stands behind his product. He is well-versed with all of his product line. The quality of the roller shades I purchased are amazing. It cleans up my home and just makes the home look so modern and elegant. He does a phenomenal job with installation! I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!!!
