He always greets you with a smile , shows genuine care and concern about your property. Each issue you have is addresses and he finds a solution. He is the best technician I have in my long term relationship with Terminex. Bobby has the ability to relate to clients as if they are the only customer on his route. He is always on time , keeps you posted as to the time of arrival. I appreciate the fact that he always wears foot booties while entering the home without being asked to. The technicians are professional and very knowledgeable. Charles Italiano, one of our termite and pest professionals, is one of the best in the industry. He is courteous, has extensive knowledge of his profession, and is highly experienced. Would highly recommend both the company and Charles.
