I had been there in the past and yet again a different stylist working by herself . I arrived early and waited as she had a few issues with the computer. A man arrived and spoke down to her and after he left I was shocked to find it was the owner , and that Debbie had never met him before ! I was uncomfortable however she assured me that although she was quitting after my service I was in good hands . The cut and style was excellent ! Debbie gave me referrals and I plan on letting people be aware of the way this owner runs his business . It is a shame he is tarnishing the Supercuts Image in such a great neighborhood , this salon will not make it . She had been there three weeks and three people already had left including the manager of four years . He leaves new stylist there alone most of the day and night which is irresponsible and apparently not the Supercuts way . Debbie bit her tonque while the “ Owner “ was in the salon however I would have liked to be a fly on the wall when she gave him her piece of mind and resignation . I have also reached out to Supercuts/Regis to leave a formal complaint in regard to what I witnessed .
