Mitch was our rep from Solar Optimum. And what a breath of fresh air he was compared to all the other agents we dealt with. There was no pressure, he called us once to ask if we had any questions after he emailed their proposal. After that we only communicated through email and only if he had a change in price or if we had additional questions. Everyone else was hurry up and sign. His no pressure approach made us feel very comfortable with him and the company. Would definitely recommend him for any dealings.
