I have been coming to SmartStyle for quite awhile. Touhy cuts my hair and does a beautiful job.She's patient and goes over it and over it to make sure it's just how I like it. I was disappointed today though when I went in because I found coupons online for a $9.99 haircut at SmartStyle but I was told they could not use it. I was given 2.00 off the bill but I'm a senior and it would have been nice to get a little more than half off today with it so close to Christmas would have been nice. Touhy is great though.
