Queen Nails

My daughter who has down syndrome, went in with her respite provider to get a gel manicure. Both my daughter and the provider had a difficult time understanding the nail tech. When I got home, I looked at her nails. Her thumbs looked horrible. She said the tech tried to fix them. Anyone can see how bad they look. Yet they still charged the full price, and my sweet daughter, still tipped her.

Horrible customer service. The girl that did my nails did not listen at all and yelled at me telling me that is what I asked for. She did the wrong kind of nails and then she put the wrong color polish. Every time I asked her about something she would argue and yell at me. Very rude, DO NOT GO HERE. Looking through the other reviews on them it seems this how they treat all their customers.Service: Dip powder

Cockroaches under the chairs and bathroom do not recommend for children very unsafe, shoes got stuck in sheets and the ground was sticky. So unprofessional they ruined my nails don’t go here unless it’s your last option!
