I Had a great 1st experience there. I came to try the ultra red light sauna, left with whole membership that I will be using to the fullest extent.Special thank you to the assistant manager Tatum she gave me a nice detailed tour and provided me with any information on the topic I was curious about.I had my questions but Tatum was able to help me sort out and choose the best plan and membership for me.Thank you Palm Beach Tan for the amazing customer service!
Jack Venezia was the best employee honestly, kills it every single time. He understood completely on which tan would suit my skin tone and gave me an amazing glow! I WILL BE COMING BACK!
Went to renew my membership at this location and had a great experience! I’m visiting from out of state so there was a minor issue getting started again but we got it figured out! I was shown around and given ample information on products and wellness services. I don’t want to butcher her name but I’m afraid I’m going to as I only remember the first part of it but I believe it was Maizyn who helped me and she was genuinely so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated her efforts! Overall super happy with my experience here:)
