Absolutely horrible service, even had to look up building codes for them to help get approval and even at that, knowing docs need to be out 3 days prior to closing they could not deliver on a SIMPLE loan that had 66% DOWN PAYMENT! My clients are homeless for Christmas because Greg dropped the ball and could not be bothered about my clients having no where to go. Docs were finally delivered late on the day of closing and still no wire which means closing will not happen. FIND A DIFFERENT LENDER
We chose to work with Greg over a long-term friend of ours purely because we felt like his level of experience in our local market and his willingness to be upfront about what we can expect and how the process would go.
