I had a really good experience at Nationwide Vision. The office was clean, everyone was friendly, and the whole visit went smoothly. Leila was especially helpful—she was kind, professional, and made everything easy to understand without making me feel rushed. The staff worked well together, and the customer service overall was great. I’d definitely recommend this location and would be happy to come back.
Amazing service, I’m glad I decided to go here because they actually told me about my insurance options without trying to upsell me. Hannah was very helpful, and Lacey was extremely helpful as well when telling me about the insurances I had and telling me where to find certain glasses in the building. A special thanks to Leila, very kind and professional. She helped me get a lower price by taking her time and figuring out which insurance worked best, saved a ton of money! Thank you to the doctor for checking my eyes! I will most certainly be staying with Nation Wide Vision for the future.
Gabby was amazing. Her customer skills is phenomenal. She was understanding, polite and patient with me while also helping other customers. It was a pleasure to work with her.
