Amazing service, Iām glad I decided to go here because they actually told me about my insurance options without trying to upsell me. Hannah was very helpful, and Lacey was extremely helpful as well when telling me about the insurances I had and telling me where to find certain glasses in the building. A special thanks to Leila, very kind and professional. She helped me get a lower price by taking her time and figuring out which insurance worked best, saved a ton of money! Thank you to the doctor for checking my eyes! I will most certainly be staying with Nation Wide Vision for the future.
Gabby was amazing. Her customer skills is phenomenal. She was understanding, polite and patient with me while also helping other customers. It was a pleasure to work with her.

First Visit:Lacey, Alexa, Hannah, Leila, and Dr Nguyen- Vu were all so wonderful! They were welcoming, attentive, professional, and take great pride in their work. I am sad to say that customer service has become a lost art and I feel they knocked it out of the park. I wish that everywhere I went I encountered such friendly people who truly want to help make your experience exceptional. Alexa even found me the best frames. I would have never thought of them but they look amazing. I will highly recommend this office. Thank you!!
