My visit was great. I was just missing reading test. I needed to know which otc for reading glasses till my Eyewear comes in & left b4 getting it. They call and gave me that later. I'll repost after seeing how I receive my new Eyewear.
I had a bad experience with the doctor. He got upset with me because he said I kept saying the same number when showing me pictures on the testing. He said quit saying the same number. I was having problems seeing drops I got. He was rude and I will not go back inless he was gone.
The staff was kind and friendly, but doctor rude.
Visiting Nationwide Vision to have refraction exam and to order new glasses was an excellent experience. Services were on time and professionally performed with friendly smiles and caring attitudes.
