A friend recommended them highly so I came in for a pedicure. They were soooooo pushy upselling. Like car salesman pushy. I had to say no several times to each thing she offered me. Although it was included in the service I asked her not to do the massage, hot rocks, etc. I said specifically I’ll still pay full price, but I just want my feet cleaned up and toes polished. She did not listen at all. My pedicure does look good so it’s still a 3 star, but I definitely will not be back.
I tired this place out, but the first time I went there I felt that culture difference and lack of welcoming when you enter their establishment. You feel as thought they don't like what they do or the people they have to interact with. The continuous chatting back and forth with I beleive wife, husband and daughter makes you feel you're being talked about and almost makes you want to leave; it just rude. The wife did my nails the first time acrylic and gel polish, which I was pleased with. The demanding to give cash tips is another problem all it's own I didn't like. I called a few weeks later to see if I could come for a fill, and I was told they had open to come in, but when I arrived there was no customers and the women that did my nails before told her husband to take me, she was playing a game with her daughter and didn't want to take care of me. He was nice enough and communicated well in English, but he's not as good at doing nails. I needed a fill and cut back so I told him the shape I wanted Squround and I got squared which have points that can hurt when you scratch and is kind of an old style now. I paid kind of a lot I thought almost the same price as a full new set is, but I did have one nail that lifted so that required a bit more attention I guess. I traveled a long ways to their nail salon to enjoy spending the time and money to treat myself, but I don't think they get it what their business is all about, for them it's just a means of revenue and lacks passion for the industry their in and that making women beautiful and that's what women or men are coming to them for is an uplifting experience where they can relax and pamper themselves , which is a billion dollar making industry. They seemed to have lost a lot of potential long term customers based on a lot of negative reviews here. I would recommend, they seek some business consultants to help them improving their image and interactions with their clients!
Went in for an eyebrow wax for the first time and the service was quick and easy with good pricing. I recommend Mimi since she’s the one that did my eyebrows. Over all she was kind and gentle and will come back to get mine waxed again. i love david too. thank you very much
