“Working with Rich at Jamison Mortgage was a fantastic experience. Rich is incredibly knowledgeable, very happy to help and explain any questions, and totally on top of his game. He was so quick to gather information and relay what was needed, guiding us thru the entire process. He actually made buying a house seem easy! I would (and will) HIGHLY recommend him to anyone going thru the home-buying experience. I can't say enough good things about our experience with him.”
“One of the best and easiest loan experiences I’ve had I will only use DK for Loans you guys are the best.”
“We chose to work with Greg over a long-term friend of ours purely because we felt like his level of experience in our local market and his willingness to be upfront about what we can expect and how the process would go. Being first-time buyers, we didn’t know what we didn’t know. We also were buying in one of the most competitive markets in recent history (early 2021) with some complicated finances due to covid. Nonetheless, Greg and his team walked us through the process with patience and grace despite some major hurdles toward the end (mindblowing challenges on the seller’s end). Home-buying with Greg felt like working alongside a true partner in our success. We would highly recommend Greg and Nichols Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase or refinance!!! Thanks Greg! ❣️”
