Have used them for years, you need lawyers and estate planners to get you thru a major process in your life or your loved ones life. And you have to know that nothing like this will be cheap, sure you can do it yourself and it takes forever if you do and lots of paperwork involved. It is your choice, get it done the right way. We have been guided thru our estate planning for years and always get it updated at least every 5 years or when changes occur. You have to understand the importance of having a trust filled out and all your POA's and then some. And yes even if you already have your plan made out with them, there will be a cost to process, remember you paid to get the estate in order and get thru all legal processes to avoid any mishap and going to probate and once that is done, then you will have to pay. They do let you know just what is involved and chart it out for you to understand and what parts you can handle yourselves and it is your choice to either pay or start to work on it yourself with their guidance. With the amount of legal work involved with an estate closure it is all very worth it to get it done the right way.
