I purchased a used vehicle from here and worked with Salvatore who was an awesome sales associate. I appreciate all his help and kindness. If my rating was solely based on Salvatore I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the associate gm gave me a run around with my deal and the finance dept next door at Subaru sat on my purchase paperwork a ridiculously long time due to a previous financing provided by my local CU and he also questioned my previously made deal as if I didn't know what I was talking about. But overall it was a good experience thanks to my awesome sales associate Salvatore.

My Jeep Compass would not unlock, had it towed to Moore who looked at it. Found out the dealership I bought it used from put in a new ignition and programmed generic keys that will not unlock the door expecpt by the fob unlock button.Brian in service advsied possible remedies which were very expensive but suggested that it was not worth doing since they had changed the PIN in the onboard computer of the vehicle.I appreciated his honesty and they did not charge me at all for the diagnostic check or inspection of what was wrong.

It was time for service, so I brought my car to Moore Chrysler Jeep this morning. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received. Brian K. was as professional and nice as they come. My lease is almost up and it would be impossible to go anywhere else for a new car. Best Dealership I have ever dealt with. Keep up the great service!!!
