The service tech arrived promptly in the early part of the two hour window that I was given for his arrival. He promptly went to work, fixing my dryer with a new heating element and showed me the amount of lint that had accumulated inside of the dryer that had bypassed the filter that pulls out to clean after each load. After he installed the heating element and cleaned the other working parts of the dryer, it is running like new again. Thank you, Menmax!

Menmax was great! My LG front load washer was leaking. I tried scheduling repair through LG and it was a tedious mess, but I did extract a few LG certified local repair companies to contact myself, including Menmax. They were great to work with—Mary was helpful connecting with me immediately and fitting me in quickly. She communicated with me throughout the whole process, not leaving me hanging. Dan did the work and he was great. Prompt, courteous, straightforward. Quote was reasonable and he completed the work quickly and successfully. I’d work with them again.

Fast, right to the point. Easy fix. Super affordable. Andrey and Mary did great. Thank you again. Maytag clothes washer is fixed and running again. Scheduled online in the morning, had someone out in the afternoon.
