Sue Ellen Mallory is a very friendly and extremely talented stylist. I came in unsure of what direction to go with my hair, color and style. She listened to what I was thinking and I walked out of the salon so happy and satisfied because of her recommendations and skills. She is flexible with scheduling and worth every penny. I'm gonna be flying across a couple states to come back and get my hair and brows done by her. That's how good she is!!

I wanted to lighten my hair color and do some balayage. My roots were darker than the rest of my hair and had some grown out highlights. I ended up going to Sara Mohr and I'm glad I did. She started by telling me it would take a few hours because she wanted to do it right and color correct my hair first and then go in to do the balayage. So I trusted her to do what she thought, and I was very happy with the result! I loved the cut too, I felt like a new person! I think she is a very talented colorist and will go back to her. She also made recommendations for products and what hair color to use on my roots since I color my roots every month due to premature gray.

Talk about PERFECTION...this is what this salon SHOULD BE CALLED.... I had several very negative experiences at "Gemini of Chicago" and was really frustrated and devastated as when my hair doesn't feel good, I don't feel good. My goal has always been to keep my hair healthy and to keep it red with high lights and low lights, yet rich tones. On my way home after having a very negative conversation with Lisa the owner at Gemini of Chicago I stopped at PURE ELEMENTS just to talk to a stylist if at all possible.
