One customer, who had previously had bad experiences at other Great Clips locations, was pleasantly surprised by the skill of a stylist named David, who was able to recreate a desired haircut.
I had a situation where my hair was very tangled after being clipped up for a few days. Taylor was firm and said it's not included in the base cost of a haircut.
So....she allowed me to untangle my hair for 5 minutes THEN gave me the BEST haircut I've had in years. She was professional and patient. I needed that. I hardly go for a haircut being I'm 67 yrs old with anxiety and a tight budget.
Thanks Taylor.
I was very nervous to go. I have waist length hair that I am very fond of, but I was looking to get layers without too much length taken. I took a chance and so glad I did. Steven did amazing. I went home and washed my hair and all my beautiful curls are back. Thank you Steven
I brought my 3 year old Jaxson for a haircut and we were able to sign up online. There was no wait and Steven did a great job! He was kind and friendly kept my son entertained. We definitely will be back. Thanks Steven!
