This post is from M Salvatierra (Lively). Sean came out to a rental home for an inspection yesterday. I was relieved that the home was so professionally and thoroughly inspected by Sean. Sean was able to find safety issues with the home that we will now be addressing. He tested everything, and more, and was extremely thorough. He was able to detect potential electrical issues, checked egress on windows and doors, plumbing/hvac system, ductwork, drainage, and many others that I have not mentioned. He was thorough, kind, and took his time to explain everything he found on our new build. This is our first home so he told me what was concerning vs what was routine he finds on new builds. That made me less anxious about everything! Sean is a very nice guy who I will only use if we ever buy another house in the future. Family that was with us for the review was shocked how thorough he was and wished he had done their home inspections!
On time, professional, knowledgeable, very well versed with construction in general. Had a great amount of knowledge of the appliances installed by builder, what to look for..... Overall had a great experience......
