Every time I make an appointment for my children we still have to wait at least 45 minutes past the appointment time. Even today when I called at 9:01am, they told me they were booked for the day already. They play favorites too often to their older clientele from other shops, and don’t seem interested in bringing in new clients. My children will no longer be going there, neither will my husband.
