I couldn't be happier with the service Roland provided. I called him early in the morning the day after our water heater went out. Upon speaking with him we made an appointment for him to come by at 9am. Roland in turn showed up on time and after telling him what was going on with our water heater he provided me with my options and pricing which I found to be very competitive. Ultimately we decided to go with a tankless water heater as we had been thinking about making the switich to one. Roland very professional, nice and accommodating. He followed up with us regarding repairs that needed to be made before installation of water heater could be done and arrived the same day required repairs were completed.
