I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They are reliable, trustworthy & outstanding on price. Shows how much they care about the work they do the last time they were at our home for water testing they wiped down the countertop to make sure there was no mess made!!!! Highly recommend them for any repairs or water system installation you may need!!!!!
Exceptional Service – Fast, Friendly, and Effective! I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Dan and Joe when my kitchen sink clogged up unexpectedly. I called and talked to D who must have heard the mini panic in my voice and was quick to help. She was so great and incredibly responsive—arriving at my home within just an hour! That kind of promptness is rare and so appreciated in a pinch. Not only were they quick, but they were also extremely accommodating and professional. Dan and Joe took the time to explain what was causing the issue, worked efficiently to fix it, and even gave me helpful tips to prevent future problems. They treated my home with respect and left the area spotless once they were done. It’s not often you find service providers who are both skilled and genuinely kind, but Dan and Joe were exactly that. Tonight I had a shower break and couldn’t get the water off. After calling 5 places with no one available to come tonight, I called Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter. I told them my issue and dispatch got someone to me in 30 minutes. Hector was so nice, did an amazing job and is coming back to fix a separate issue. I seriously give them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and they will be my first call for any plumbing issues.
