The technician was here in under an hour, and went to work very quickly diagnosing the problem with our air-conditioner and quickly found the problem, keep in mind that it was still 110 out and dark! Ralf had the unit up and running in minutes and continued to check further for amp draw and coolant pressures before leaving. We could not be happier with Cool Blew, we have been using Cool Blew for over 12 years both heating and cooling, and they also put a new hot water heater in for us this year

This company wins a gold star. I recently moved to Sun City West. Bought a warranty when buying the house. The kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working ( no water coming out) and water everywhere else. The warranty company sent Cool Blew out .. they reported their findings .. the warranty company refused to pay.. they said there was a foreign body in the faucet ( the plumber didn’t say that in his report), so they would not cover it . I talked to Jim Smith at Cool Blew, who was really customer service oriented.. was very warm & professional & talked to me like a regular person ( I am both a woman & a senior citizen, so appreciated that he was neither... read full review

Our A/ C is 15 years old and was starting to make some noise and the fan did not always work. Cool Blew came out replaced the motor on the fan through my home warranty. They took some great pictures and cleaned and detailed the coils and blower and made it sound just as it should just like a kitten purring. Purr
The Tech was very informative and made sure I understood any costs and what they were doing as a copay. AAA rating. !!
