Dave, their technician diagnosed the problem Our unit was within the week of the 10 warranty for cool blew honored that warranty . when the service guys came out to install the new parts they were extremely professional. we are very happy with cool Blew up, especially with Angel, Joel, Scott, Justin, and especially Dave Ayres who went over and above to make sure or to ascertain if we could stay in the warranty.
