Highly recommend them. We came here first for an urgent care visit for our dog and have continued as a regular customer. Weekend walk in/urgent care option is convenient, and it’s close to home. The staff is friendly and Dr Hall is great, explains things and most importantly my dog seems to like them too 🐶
All of the staff and the Vet were very kind and compassionate to our little girl, Harley. We cannot thank them enough for the care they gave her as well as the kindness they showed us in the difficult decision we had to make to let her go…They even sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers w a beautiful note from the staff the very next day. Met with Dr. Hall yesterday with my basset Cookie. Dr. Hall and her team were wonderful. I did not feel rushed and Dr. Hall was open and honest when answering my questions. I enjoyed learning about her passion and what lead her to City Vet. She offered her opinion on what we should do, but let me make the decision without judgement. It was refreshing to be given options of several routes we could go from a cost perspective too. Will definitely recommend and be back with my two other kiddos.
