As a business owner myself- I know things will not be perfect. Weather will cause delays, construction will always be a gamble with unexpected troubleshooting, supplies may be out of stock, and there may be issues with equipment upon startup! With that being said, we are all finished with our backyard project! I contacted several pool companies, Jason Anderson with Caribbean Pools was the only one to respond within 24hrs (with 3D design options, based on the address! 🤯) He gave estimated pricing and designed the entire job virtually. We then scheduled a day for him to come over and confirm all measurements, final quotes, etc. He even re-designed a few things to SAVE me money! Contract signed late July Construction began late August Project completed late November Britney & Kathi with scheduling was also very helpful with updates and questions.

Caribbean Pools recently completed our pool project, and the entire process was exceptional! We began by meeting with Kyler, who was not only personable but also highly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to listen to our ideas and effectively translated them into a detailed 3D presentation. Kyler was attentive to our feedback and ensured the final design matched our vision. There was absolutely no sales pressure at any point, which made the entire pool building experience wonderful from start to finish. The owner, Brian, was also awesome to work with! He was kind, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Due to my own indecisiveness, I had been struggling for weeks to choose colors and materials. I had come by the office to look in person and Brian happened to walk by. He graciously took the time to go over various options, and gave me the tools and information I needed to make a choice that we were happy and confident with. Communication throughout the entire project was outstanding. Britney, our primary point of contact once the project began, kept us informed with clear and concise updates and emails. She was always responsive to any questions and ensured we knew who would be on-site and when. Her professionalism and organization made the process seamless. Fred, the on-site superintendent, was also great to work with. Being that this was our first time putting in a pool, we had questions and concerns every now and then and Fred was always quick to address them, and come out when needed. Fred's expertise and professionalism was much appreciated! I understand this may not be the case for every project, but Caribbean Pools completed our pool a full month ahead of schedule! Our experience with Caribbean far exceeded our expectations. This company operates with the highest level of integrity, setting clear expectations, being honest, and always prioritizing their customers’ needs. They genuinely cared about ensuring our experience was as positive as possible. The manner in which they run their business is outstanding and deserves recognition!
