Their team is dedicated to keeping projects on track, on budget, and on time. This great company is a great contractor and did an excellent job on a building project which consisted of an ADU to the home, and a full remodeling project from kitchen to bathroom and flooring. They are experienced in working with insurance companies and can navigate the necessary documents to ensure a smooth process. Customers praise their work, citing great quality, quick completion, and ease of communication. Lazaro is a great Contractor and gave an honest price and the option of progress payment. Calderon Homes built an ADU/casita for our family. Easy to communicate with and understand. They were always polite and respectful. The sub-contractors were efficient and respectful. Project completed months before the project schedule, excellent work. Very satisfied. He was open to our choices and followed up regularly. He finished the project in a timely manner.
Lazaro was so professional and kind as he turned our third car garage into a bedroom! It turned out so much better than I hoped for and can’t wait to use it. The price was well laid out and fair and he communicated throughout. Anything we didn’t like or had questions on, he dealt with quickly. I would use him for all future projects.

Amazing Home Addition Experience!
We recently hired Calderon Homes to build a two bedroom, two-bathroom addition (about 600 square feet of livable space) on our home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lazaro and his team were professional, organized, and paid close attention to every detail; from framing and insulation to the final finishes.
