Called at 8pm to leave a message to try to get an appointment for the next day. Got a call back in about a half hour and Slava was able to make the appointment. He showed up in the early part of his service window. Very happy about that. He helped me put the dishwasher back together from my bad attempt at troubleshooting last night. He told me very freely and sincerely which parts were not worth it to be replaced vs buying a new dishwasher. I thought his honesty was amazing. Then he troubleshot in a very logical way while cleaning the parts as he disassembled them to inspect them. The problem was actually a clog in my drain hose. Called Friday afternoon, had an appointment Saturday AM. Knew exactly what was wrong with my washer.Very courteous. Felt very confortable being in the house alone with technician they send.Would use this company service again
