If I could combine quality,good staff members, and overall satisfaction I would. This place overall satisfied me and made me continue to work. I've trained here for three years, and I never had a horrible experince or even a bad one. Love this place and will always be in my ♥.

This is a top-notch school for adults and kids alike. It is a great place for beginners up to seasoned martial artists to learn and improve upon their skills. I've been going for years, along with my children, the youngest of which started at 5 years old.I'd best describe the style taught here as a combination of karate with kung fu as well as a little Jiu-Jitsu. There is a definite focus on the self defense aspect instead of sport karate.John, the owner and head instructor, has been doing and teaching martial arts most of his life.
