Apex Tactical Specialties is a business known for its exceptional customer service. Customers have found the installation videos on YouTube to be second to none, and the quality of the parts is spectacular. They have helped customers with various issues. The company offers easy-to-follow instructions for self-installation of their enhancements, including for the Hellcat Pro trigger, which significantly improves the gun's performance. The people at the counter are very helpful, and they will answer all your questions and verify their product. Cory's customer service is phenomenal and took time to discuss what will and won't work with equipment. They are unbelievably quick to respond to any issues that arise. Apex Tactical Specialties provides outstanding products.
Mr Traylor is very patient with his training. His experience in the field and classroom exceeded my expectations. I recommend that in needing security guard level 3 range and defense training give Apex / Mr Traylor a chance to train your team.
Just installed one of their gunsmith fit barrels in my M&P. Used the fitting jig and file they sell. I’ve included a photo of two targets. 21 yards from a rest. Factory barrel on left. Apex barrel on right.
As a retired machinist I can appreciate the quality of the parts I have received.
Fast FREE shipping via FedEx was a bonus.
Douglas sent an email offering any help with the product if needed.
I fail to understand why people would think a manufacturer would have a store onsite.
