Customers describe the team as prompt, professional, and courteous. The scheduling assistant and repair technician coordinated needs in a professional and prompt manner, with updates and detailed information throughout the process. Expectations were exceeded in every way. The company offers the best warranty, good prices for the quality and service, and was on time, courteous, and efficient. The team did a nice job cleaning up after as well. They are scheduling 2-3 months out but are willing to coordinate with the solar panel removal company, and the wait is worth it. The company answered questions, did the job right, kept everything cleaned up, and are friendly people. For a leak from skylights, the repair was reasonably priced compared to other quotes. Allstate Roofing is recommended to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.
