Summer 2020-I obtained quotes from several companies and decided to call Air-Zona due to high ratings of the American Standard brand they provide. I had been told by others that I needed duct work but Pat from Air-Zona checked it and said it was not necessary. He said he could do it but recommended I wait, run the new unit and if still needed later, they could come back and make any changes (this would end up saving me money). Their quote was on the lower end of the quotes I received and that included the 10 year labor warranty they offered. I went ahead and went with them and the install went smooth.
